Continue to tap all houses (where there is a coin floating above the house) and also tap all trees.
Complete the current quests. You should have more gold and more rubies.
Build a ??? house.
Build the Iron Lamp thingy.
Now save 1000 gold (and 40 wood) to buy the "Cpt Beth's Cruiser" ship.
