Level 4:
Continue to tap all houses (where there is a coin floating above the house) and also tap all trees.

 > Invest once in the boat merchant.

If you have difficulty in cutting down trees and need to move a building,
  Click on the Hammer
  Click on Move
  Select the item (e.g. house) to move
  Move and Confirm!

Save up until 96 gold, and the "Expand Here" towards the cave/monster thingy. (up and left direction)
The cave/monster is brownish, with a grey face and red eyes.


After Bakery is done, tap Baking Complete.
Upgrade the bakery once.

Once the bakery baked; complete the Quest item by clicking on "Tap to complete" for the "Another New Arrival" quest.

You should have enough money & wood to build the blacksmith item, if not continue to chop wood and collect gold from the buildings.
As soon as you have 96 gold, Expand one block closer to the Brown/Grey Cave/Red eyes thingy.

After forest clearing in the new block you should upgrade to level 5.



Tip: Each time you level up, your energy level is refreshed. So it is optimal to move to a new level with a low energy store (otherwise you just waste your energy capacity)

Tip: Start to reorganize your buildings to make optimal use of space; do this on continued basis as it will be very difficult to reorganize when the town is cramped.
